A problem with intelppm.sys driver in Windows 2012 R2

Hello everyone

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 installed on a desktop computer. The computer does not have monitor, keyboard or mouse attached to it. Everything was OK until 3-4 days ago I could not connect to it via RDP. Well, I _could_ connect to it, but I saw black screen only. Every service running on it was running as usual.
I had to connect a monitor and a keyboard to the computer and I tried to fix that RDP black screen. I tried to install intel HD graphics driver (uninstalled it later). I also installed intel inf update (there is no way to uninstall it).
Then, after reboot, the system was loading very slowly. About 15 minutes until start screen (press ctrl-alt-del to login), and 10-15 minutes more after login. When it finally has started, the system was very laggy. Some programs was not able to start or was starting after long delay. There was no Ethernet card present at all (I have 2 in this system) so there was no link to network.
I found out that windows doesn't "like" the CPU driver. I tried to delete it -- didn't help (rollback button was grayed out). There was a message that "the CPU driver is not certified by Microsoft", bla-bla-bla. The bad driver located here: c:\Windows\System32\drivers\intelppm.sys and it has newer date than other files in the directory.
I tried SIGVERIF utility. No problem found:

The only way to run the system in normal state is to press F8 button after the bios screen and select "disable driver signature enforcement". But it works only until first reboot. I also switch the system to the "test mode" -- doesn't help either.
I did all steps form "Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions" topic. No problems found. My CBS directory has some *.cab files in it, 25 Mb in ZIP. So I've made a ZIP without that CABs. If you'll need them -- then I put them somewhere else.

Hi!

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to check your SMART status with GSmartControl:

  • Download the portable version of GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Extract the zip file to your Desktop. Open the folder gsmartcontrol-1.1.3-win64 which should be located on your Desktop and double-click gsmartcontrol.exe to launch the program.
  • Identify your drive in the list (if recognized by the tool), and hover your mouse over it.
  • You should see something called: SMART status. It will either read: Enabled, in which case you should do the following:
  • Double-click on it to bring up its window (usually you'll find your drive by its size or its brand name);
  • Go to the Self-Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply or take a screenshot;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;
  • Please note: If the SMART Status reads: Unsupported, stop and let me know.
