[SOLVED] A method to solve KB4467107 nearly completes then reverts on all tested Windows 7 Pro

If you changed the TEMP files default location, it may cause the Windows 7 SP1 professional update of months the Security Monthly Quality Rollup (KB4462923-Oct.2018, KB4467107-Nov.2018) nearly completes then reverts, especially using directories of RAM-DISK for windows user and system TEMP files, for example:
R:/USERTEMP for user temperary files (R: is a RAMDISK)
R:/SYSTEMP for system temperary files
As my experiences, just set back to default location will update successfully.
