998 Invalid access to memory

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

I've tried almost everything any suggestions. I can't update windows nor install my graphics card?

• Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file

If you are already on the very latest version and build, then you will download a fresh copy of the ISO file and be doing a repair install. If you're not, you'll be doing a Feature Update.

Take a full system image backup before doing this, or at least that's my advice. I have never had one fail catastrophically, but you should never presume "all will go well." It's an insurance policy.
