Click to expand... have previously attached cbs file and used then used system update tool no effect. next followed Niemiro help no effect. I am attaching new cbs file and sfcfix.txt file after looking at several so called fixes on the internet I came across your site. Any help would be appreciated. newkent

Do you mean you attached them to your original post, or elsewhere? To attach a file, go into the advanced post editor (Click Go Advanced) > Click Manage Attachments > Add Files > Select your files and Upload. > Click Done and submit your reply. You should be able to see if the files are attached to your post after you reply - they'll appear in a separate box at the bottom of the post. If you try the above steps and still have trouble, you can email me the files at willwatts@sysnative.com. We can help you as soon as we see the files, but without the logs we're just guessing what the issue is.
