Hello! I've had this problem for quite awhile. And recently it has gotten to the point of bluescreening nearly 4 times a day... A part of me thinks its the RAM but I am honestly not to sure, any help would be wonderful. :)

The Synsnative App Results should be attatched.

OS: Windows 8.1, 64 Bit Operating System
Processor: AMD FX -6300 Six-Core Processor
RAM: 8.0 GB
Hard-drive is a 1 TB Toshiba, honestly don't remember what type/model
Display Adapter: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

System is prebuilt, bought it from Cyberpower PC, hopefully this is enough information.
Thanks.

Re: Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

I ran Memtest, gave me no errors after 3 passes (I was not able to get it to do more then 3 passes?)
I also ran chkdisk to see if it would find anything, seemingly did not.

Re: Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

Alright, I will try and run it when I get the free time, school has been getting in the way. I'll reply back once I get everything going for it.

Re: Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

UPDATE: I've yet to find time to run Driver Verifier, as life has kept me pre-occupied, I attempted to fix the issue by doing a clean un-install of my graphic drivers and updating to latest version, nothing happened for awhile then I started to get blue-screens again, once again at seemingly random. I am going to try and run Verifier sometime this week, will post back with everything.

Re: Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

UPDATE: I have Driver Verifier running now, I'll leave it running into tommorow, so far no blue-screen has been triggered but obviously that can change, will update again if anything happens/does not happen.

I can't find your current bios 17.18B3 (13 Mar 2014) on your MB website.
The B could stand for BETA (i.e., not stable).
Where did you download/install it? Or it was already installed?
New stable BIOS (available on your MB support webpage): H.H 2015-04-23 1.32MB.
New radeon software/driver is available (from amd website).
New LAN/network driver (available on your MB support webpage): Realtek PCI-E Ethernet Drivers (W8) 8.053.0323.2017 2017-05-26 10.31MB.
I can't find any useful information about your ram sticks (manufacturer and exact model), but it seems you have installed two 4GB sticks and it seems they are running at 1600MHz (or 3200?).
Your motherboard specs say ram speed should be 800/1066/1333.
Your CPU specs say RAM can run up to 1866.
I'd set it to 1333.

If you had a link about your pc on the manufacturer (cyperpower pc) webpage, it would be welcome.

It was pre-installed, I have not touched the BIOS.
I've already updated my graphical driver.
I'll take a look for the network driver
I'm not sure what speeds my RAM are at, I haven't actually checked
I will try and find the link to it, as I ordered this PC off of Best-Buy, not straight from the CyberPower website.

I'll try to update the BIOS, network, and change the RAM speed, and find that link here soon.

Re: [W8.1] Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

I turned off Driver Verifier about 20 minutes ago, then after about five a blue screen occured, once again with the same similar error. Strangely, since I updated the graphic driver the blue screens I have been getting have not had a bug check string, that normal?

Re: [W8.1] Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

Trying to, but I keep being told that I have no permission or file not found...one problem after another I swear!
And I also just had a blue screen whilst I was trying to do this.

Re: [W8.1] Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

Got it, I had to add myself as an owner to the file (even though the only account on this PC is me, no idea.) Anyways, should be attatched.

Also, xilolee I'm sorry but I cannot find a page for my PC at all, which is really baffling to me but I cannot find it on Best-Buy or Cyberpowers website.

Re: [W8.1] Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

Alright so, updated my network driver. I've taken a look at updating the BIOs and changing RAM speed but honestly I am not that..."skilled" you could say when it comes to more technical things like the BIOs, so I'm afraid to mess with it, as I'm not a professional. (wish I was at this point in time)

Re: [W8.1] Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

I'll run another Memtest later on tonight, though last time It only ran for 3 and I couldn't/don't understand how to make it run for more then 8 passes.
Strange, I updated the GPU driver recently to see if that would help. I know that I deleted the old drivers before doing so... very odd indeed.

Re: [W8.1] Random/Frequent ntoskrnl.exe BSOD's

Oh? Alright, hopefully! I really do appreciate all the help softwaremaniac (and xilolee!) I will run it when I go to bed later tonight and check the results in the morning, for now I've just updated the network driver.
