8.1 - Failing to install KB4561666

Hi,

Windows update checks for updates fine but I am unable to install this patch. Error in the update ui is 8007371B.

Shutdown the machine completely and restart after 30 seconds.
Check Windows Update again and report the result.
If it fails, attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.
