Normally, when you're asking people for help, it's customary to provide a little more information about your PC and how it's failing. See here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 8 for example.

Also, why did you say Windows 11 in the title? You're still running Windows 7!?
Code:
Host Name: EDMUNDAS-PC
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
Not only is Windows 7 no longer supported by Microsoft, and so is thus at greatly increased risk of malware infection, but it's also at greatly increased risk of being assimilated into a botnet, without you being aware, and used to launch criminal dDOS attacks against companies and organisations on which we all depend.

All that said, the one dump you provided shows that an open-file operation was in progress - not necessarily to disk, at a high level Windows sees most I/O operations as file operations - and the call stack contains a call to Bprotect.sys...
Code:
fffff880`07466758 fffff880`01065a38 Bprotect+0x7a38
fffff880`07466760 fffff880`07466898

...this appears to be a driver for Baidu Antivirus, a free antivirus system that seems be be developed in China(!). That's not the sort of system on which I would rely for antivirus protection, and certainly not in a US based system.

You're also running a driver called mpfilter.sys which is part of Microsoft Malware Protection, and that driver also appears in the call stack...
Code:
fffff880`074672c0 00000000`00000001

fffff880`074672d8 fffff880`011b7e13 MpFilter+0x23e13

Running two real-time antivirus engines is known to cause problems and sometimes BSODs, Microsoft themselves recommend not running other antivirus products alongside Microsoft Security Essentials...
Before installing Microsoft Security Essentials, we recommend that you uninstall other antivirus software already running on your PC. Running more than one antivirus program at the same time can potentially cause conflicts that affect PC performance.

I would suggest uninstalling Baidu Antivirus.

Dear man
First of all, I apologize for the poor English and I accidentally stumbled upon your site (Windows 11).I'm new to this business, so please forgive me for my lack of interest bothering you.. Then he didn't guess to go to the Windows 7 department.
Secondly, if you don't agree with my business, let me know or pass it on to the right people. I am a pensioner, so Windows 7 is very expensive for me to purchase. There are a lot of useful things here, accumulated from the purchase of a computer. I familiarized myself with your instructions, removed Baidu Antivirus. If the answer is positive, indicate in the first place what details you are sending. Recently there were 5-6 BSOD errors, the name of which was not fixed. I apologize again and send new details FRST64.

Can you please run the Sysnative File Collection app again. The upload you have just posted is the same one you originally posted.

Each time you get new BSODs please run the Sysnative File Collection app and upload the zip file.

I appreciate that you're a pensioner - so am I - but Windows 7 is no longer safe.

Hi

ubuysa (pensioner)

I looked at Win10 and 11. I didn't like it. Win 10 is no longer supported. What is the difference? I was a fan of Win7, I definitely will continue to be. I am sending the Bsod file that was a bit earlier.

There no new dump files in the uploaded Sysnative file, so I have no idea what might be the cause of your latest BSOD. In your System log there is no evidence of a BSOD later than 4th April, are you sure you've had a BSOD?

Regarding Windows 7, it really is no longer safe to use if it's connected to the Internet. If it's not Internet connected then it's fine to use. Windows 10 does reach end of life in January 2025 and I rather suspect that your PC will be too old to be able to run Windows 11. In all honesty, my best advice, if you must keep using that PC, is to switch to Linux, which of course is free to use.

Windows 10 is still supported at the moment, I'm not sure where you read that it isn't supported? Windows 7 support ended 3 years ago now and most browsers (e.g. Chrome) are planning to end support for Windows 7 in 2024. While unpatched security vulnerabilities are always going to be a potential issue, eventually most websites will likely cease to even load over HTTPS and therefore you're going to be very limited as to what you're be able to do on the Internet.

You mentioned that Windows 7 is very expensive for you to purchase so you're probably using a cracked edition of Windows 7 Ultimate, yet another reason for you to either switch to Windows 10, or alternatively, switch to a Linux distro which is free like Linux Mint. You'll probably find that your system runs faster. Most of the distros are well supported and get regular updates which are usually free. If you did need some of the features offered by Windows 7 Ultimate then you could always use an enterprise distro like Rocky Linux.

I've noticed that you're also having issues with Windows Update as well. Once those updates are installed, you'll receive no other updates other than maybe a few MSE definition updates but I believe they have also ceased too.

TL;DR I would recommend using Linux Mint if you didn't like Windows 10 or Windows 11 otherwise continue with Windows 7 but bear in mind that you will very likely face other issues in the future.

No problem, as you intend to stay with Windows 7 and there doesn't appear to be any evidence of any new crashes, then I will mark this thread as solved and lock this thread.
