Good evening. Currently having issues of unable to connect to internet due to wireless adapter failure. The wireless connection keeps on fails and ends up to blue-screen after troubleshooting (unable to shut down nor restart). The connection still fails although i try to connect via Ethernet cable, LAN just keep on "identifying...". Sometimes after i run the windows in safe mode(with networking) then it can connect to wifi again.

If the failure to connects to internet is due to wireless adapter failure, why would the connection via Ethernet cable still fail? Anyone have any idea of this? Any suggestion for this bluescreen?
