[7SP1 x64] WU failed - KB3035126

Hi folks,

Windows update continually fails to install KB3035126. I am getting the 'cryptographic service components are not registered' error.
I believe this update is related to Internet Explorer.
I have followed all instructions from this page - Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions
and I have attached the requested files.
I'd really appreciate your help.
