[7SP1 x64] Windows Update keeps offering to download SP1

Hi,

Everything is in the title.

1. sfc /scannow returned 0 error
2. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth said the /RestoreHealth switch is not correct
3. sfcfix returned 0 error
4. CBS.zip is there : WeTransfer
