Hello and welcome!

According to your CheckSUR.log, you're only missing two package files which I'll provide now.

The fact that you have provided the logs tells me your computer is bootable, is that correct?

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

 1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
 2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
 3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
 4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
 5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
 6. SFCFix will now process the script.
 7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
 8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put

tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards, run SURT again and attach CheckSUR.log.

When you check for updates which are listed?
Hello,
When I check for updates I can see the next list:

 • (KB4054518), 12 2017
 • (KB4093118), 04 2018
 • (KB3068708)
 • (KB3080149)
 • (KB3147071)
 • (KB3172605)
 • (KB3060716)
 • (KB3071756)
 • (KB3126587)
I'm intrested only in installing KB4054518 & KB4093118 at the moment.
I have tried to install KB4054518 once again. Unfortunately, Windows hadn't been loaded after that and I used startup fix to make it running again. Now I see the same error 800F0816 in Windows update log.

KB3060716 is known for making OS unstable.
Nevertheless, I have tried to install it. As it had hapened earlier, Windows didn't load after that. I used startup fix to make it running again. Now I see the same error 800F0816 in Windows update log.
Zipped CBS.log attached

 • Power Supply Unit: SIRTEC High Power HPC-500-H12S 500W

I've tried to install all of them. And each of them causes the error (I'm not sure that it's always 800F0816, though).
In the meantime, installation of other updates usually goes fine.

By the way, KB890830 has just arisen. Installing...

Well, KB890830 successfully installed.
Several MS Office 2016 updates were also successfully installed without any problems.

Oh, when I check for updates the list is almost the same:

 • (KB4054518), 12 2017
 • (KB4103718), 05 2018
 • (KB3068708)
 • (KB3080149)

 • (KB3172605)
 • (KB3060716)
 • (KB3071756)
 • (KB3126587)

And I'm still intrested in installing KB4054518...

I've tried to install KB4103718. Unfortunately, my Windows didn't load after that. I used startup fix again to make it running. I can see another error 802420016 in the Windows update log.
