[7SP1 x64] weird no-bugcheck BSOD's

Hello BSOD gods, here i come to you once again, for your assistance is needed by the people!

This is a very strange case... this computer crashes with a "blank" bsod... nirsoft's BlueScreenView shows no bugcheck string on any of the BSOD's...

Can you guys give a clue on what's going on?
In the meantime there are some things I've already changed to the system:

-enabled iStorv and msahci drivers, changed BIOS value from IDE to AHCI
-installed latest storage driver
-updated BIOS

ran memtest86+, no errors found

It appears that the OS is counterfeit, an OEM key with a retail motherboard.

We do not provide support whilst there is piracy present on your system.
Please perform a clean install with a genuine copy before looking for further help.

My client says she bought it at a local PC store, and as they are assemblers the provide OEM licenses... Perhaps she's lying... I don't know

They can't provide OEM licenses legally, those kind of OEM licenses can only be used by Dell, Asus, MSI and similar companies for pre-installed laptops/computers.

Local store shops use cracks to activate them.

may i intervent Axe0?

in Europe its legal to separate for example old Dell Maschines & Software and sell the OS / Recovery separately by Law.

So i can easy equip an HP wiht an Lenovo OEM-Version or even my Asus Mainboard.
OS activated, so its legal at least here......

I really don't know what the law says about that are here in Argentina... I'm just trying to troubleshoot a computer that has been working fine for a long time :noidea:

Notice the OA after the Windows Edition and the Brand name Dell, HP, etc. on the second line. In this case the manufacture provides the machine to the client already activated without needing validation.
In the first case small integrators provide the OS installed but not activated, its the client that must validate and activate the key using the internet or phone.

In both cases Windows show the licenses as OEM.

With 'those kind of OEM licenses' I refer to OEM SLP.
Since when can OEM SLP keys be transfered to retail systems legally?

EDIT: just for the information.
The first thing I do with Windows 7 systems, I compare the product ID with an excel sheet I made from the list NoelDP made of OEM SLP keys. This one, a OEM SLP, hits Acer/Gateway/Packard and is installed on a Gigabyte motherboard.

Ok OEM SLP make things more clear for me.

About transferring OEM licenses it depends on the country...
One of the readers of my Blog posted a comment to this post and reminded me of something that I had forgotten to include in the original write-up. Yes, in Germany specifically, OEM licenses can be transferred. This does apply to Germany specifically though, so everywhere else it holds true that OEM licenses cannot be transferred to a different computer. Thank you for pointing this out and reminding me. I appreciate that.

If I remember correctly the Window 10 EULA also mention similar exception for German users.

Great! Windows licensing policies cleared out... so.... can my BSOD be analysed? Or it's an illegal installation?

It's an illegal installation, OEM SLP is bound to the hardware it has been installed on and cannot be transferred.
