[7SP1 x64] 0xF4 CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION on shutdown

Hi,

For two weeks, almost every time i shut down my laptop, the BS appeard.

Windows 7, x64
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 3550@ 2.3GHZ(2 CPUs)
VideoCard: Intel(R) HD Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M
Lenovo B5400
Model number: 20278

Eset nod32, malwarebytes (free or premium?) and spyhunter4 (maybe disabled, but present), daemon tools lite.
Remnants of regcurepro.
Lots of errors (WER) about CbsPackageServicingFailure and WindowsUpdateFailure.

I'd remove completely all those software, then reinstall either eset nod32 OR malwarebytes (the one you paid for... Or did you pay both? If both, wait and try first with one of them).
Then run sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt (don't close it until it finishes): if it reports errors, open a new topic in the windows update sub-forum (here in sysnative forums).
