Hello Annamaria and welcome to Sysnative!

I have looked at your logfiles but there are no crash dump files included so they must have been deleted. I suspect you are running CCleaner and it is deleting the mini-dump files on a regular basis. Please change the settings of CCleaner to not delete memory dump files, then, when you have more BSOD events please post a new set of log files.

A couple of things were noticed in the eventlogs:

Virtual memory is low at times:
Code:
2019-02-16T20:16:42.000 Application popup: Windows - Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low : Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some applications may be denied. For more information, see Help.

You would benefit from upgrading to more memory - follow HP recommendations for compatible memory.

Hard drives have shown bad blocks and errors:
Code:
2019-02-20T02:39:27.387 The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, has a bad block.
2019-02-20T02:35:10.548 The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, has a bad block.
Code:
2019-02-04T08:31:00.991 An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk5\DR5 during a paging operation.

Run chkdsk with the /F flag to fix any disk errors on all your hard disks.
Also, it would be worth scanning for system file corruption using the sfc /scannow command in an Admin Command prompt.

Hi!

In this scenario SFC would not be helpful if a HDD error is present, because this can cause corruption on the filesystem and the only real fix for that is HDD replacement as such, I would recommend testing the drive with the software like GSmartControl in order to determine the smart status:

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to test your hard drive health with GSmartControl:

  • Download GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Execute gsmartcontrol.exe; Let the install complete and launch the programme.
  • Identify your drive in the list, and double-click on it to bring up it's window (usually you'll find your drive by it's size or it's brand name);
  • Go in the Perform Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;

Thank you and I will make sure that CCleaner does not clean the dump file. So appreciate you. Donating now. Thank you!
