[SOLVED] [7 x64 - NO SP] Several games refuse to work/Microsoft Visual C++ 2015

A have a few games that say i am missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, but i have them installed so i dont know what is wrong. I have tried uninstaling them and reinstalling them.

Support for Windows 7 RTM without service packs ended on April 9, 2013.
Be sure to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 to continue to receive support and updates.

Could we know why you don't install it?

Go to microsoft.com -
System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [October 2014] (SURT).
Select your system language.
Download SURT.
Run it as administrator and see if it fixes the found errors on its own.
Report the final result of it here.

Edit: I had SP1 earlier in the week. but i unistalled all service packs from windows update just in case some had been corrupted, then installed everything that showed up again.
