Hi, i don't know if this is the right section for this type of error so in case it is wrong i kindly ask to move it.
As the title i have this error when i close/open router or when restart it from its settings page.
I tried to reinstall the last drivers of the network card but the issue remain.
Anyway my line work good, there aren't hardware errors on network card and sfc /scannow says it's all intact.
How can i fix this? Thanks.

The description for event ID 27 could not be spotted from the e1express source. The component that generated the event is not installed on the local computer or the installer is corrupted.

I have tried up to point 4 and the issue remain, with point 5 i'm not sure where add "DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle" because in "Interfaces" i have 2 folders.
What should i do?

I did it but the issue remain, also if i keep router close this error is generated every time i restart pc.
 
I had already tried this and also cleaned all the connectors.
I'm trying everything i find on the net but without results.
Anyway there is a way to hide these events: Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection Properties / Advanced / Record Connection Status Event.
So the issue in my case is generated when i change the state of the connection but i don't understand why i show it as an error and not as information.

Apparently this problem has been around since 2011. Here is a 16 page thread with various solutions.

Some changed the brand of router, others cable, and some put a switch between the NIC and the router. Updating the BIOS was mentioned.
Still others simply decided to buy a different NIC and use that instead of the onboard one.

I had already seen this thread but no one have my issue. They all report e1cexpress id event 27 but description is "network link is disconnected" with random disconnections on the line.
I never had "network link is disconnected" and my line is super stable, i got this issue only when i close router or when restart it.
The strange thing is that i have same hardware/software/drivers from years and this event started only few weeks ago without any changes (nvidia drivers, windows update, AV and AW are the only updates i do costantly).
This event should appear when the line stops responding and not when you close the router.
 
Well, that's only a warning, not an error.
Evidently the NIC intercepts the lack of connection, but it doesn't know that depends on the router, because the router doesn't send the message to it.

Evidentemente la scheda di rete intercetta la mancanza di collegamento, ma non sa che dipende dal router, perché il router non gli manda il messaggio.
 
You are completely right but i'm curious to know why it's never happened to me in 4/5 years but only in the last week.
