3 Updates fail to install on Windows 7 x64

Dear community

I have a machine on which three updates constantly fail to install (see screenshots). I always get error code 643 (see screenshot).

What I've tried thus far:

- Downloaded and tried to install updates manually from Windows Update Catalogue.

- Ran sfc /scannow. No errors were reported.

- Tried to install System Update Readyness Tool (couldn't install - just get message "wasn't installed" with no error code - see screenshot).

- Ran SFCFix - no errors were found (see screenshot).
