Then here are my system specifics: -OS: Windows 10 -64-bit -Full retail version -Built about 1 year ago -OS installation was the same time -CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 -Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070TI Gaming 8GB Nvidia GDDR5 -Mother Board: MSI X470 GAMING PRO, AM4 and it's a Desktop PC. I also ran into the problem with the SysnativeFileCollectionApp that it just stuck at the "Waiting for SystemInfo" so I did manually Zip the folder up and attached it here, so I hope someone can help me with my problem.
