2019 SFC [STILL] cannot repair Event Viewer.lnk' and others

I have posted previously with this issue on 2016 https://www.sysnative.com/forums/windows-update/26750-2016-sfc-re-repair-event-viewer-lnk.html.

Now we've moved on to Datacenter 2019 and it appears the problem persists.

The resolution in the link above does not work.

Anyone have any ideas how these things persist and keep recurring. Microsoft?

We can temporarily fix it until MS patches it which may be in months, because the error comes back every time you install a new Monthly Rollup.
