I see you (softwaremaniac) helped a user fix some corruption issues with SFC and DISM. ([SOLVED] - Windows Server 2019 SFC/DISM corruption) I'm having a almost the same issue with SFC / scannow finding corruption that it can't fix, then with DISM unable to find source files, even when specifying source files. I see your fix was to use a SFCFix tool that you uploaded. Before I run anything like that, can you confirm it works with 2019 ver 1809 as well? Also does it reboot, or bring down any services while running? (It is a Domain Controller / Print Server / DHCP / DNS Server as well running on a VM within a Hyper-V Fail-over Cluster. )

Let me know if you would like to see my DISM / CBS logs.

Thank you in advanced!

Here you go,

Thanks buddy, I've been tearing my hair out for a week trying to get this fixed. I'm hoping you can provide some insight.

No violations on SFC now, kicking off a DISM scan now too..

Can you provide some insight? I see the zip file had some shortcuts for DFS management, Task Manager, and Services. I do remember seeing the "fail"'s in the logs I sent to that pointed to DFS management and Services, is that what you looked for? Then your tool just replaced those corrupt files with the original ones?

Awesome, DISM cleanup is running now, I'll keep you posted.

Thank you for your help, it's much appreciated.

How much do you know about DHCP/DNS? I have another issue I've been chasing as well ( I can open another post if you want to take a crack at it)
