2018-09 Cummulative Update Windows 10 V1803 x64 failed code 0x80073712

Failed on first try
Ran Update troubleshooler- Fix said Update Database Rebuilt (green check)
Ran update 2nd time manually
Update completed all the way to the green progress, after a pause Status listed was updates note install Error code 0x80073712

I repeated this process with various interations of running Update Troubleshooter and manual and auto update

I'm stuck
