2012 R2 not windows components and update

Hello, sorry for mt English, I try to add function Windows Server Backup to my Hyper-v VM with Windows Server 2021 R2 but installation fail with error 0x800f0831, the same if I try to install update by Windows Update.
Chkdsk founded index errors in packages and resolved.
sfc /scannow says not error found
DISM /online /cleanup-image /Restorehealth fix some errors
