2009 build, Wdf01000.sys issues.

So just installed 2009 build its tweaked one, but having issues with Wdf01000.sys in latencymon, as soon as i move my mouse or press keyboard buttons i get spikes from it.
I've tried updating all drivers, one by one to find exactly which driver is causing it but it seems like its not drived, cuz i've updated everything from chipset to network drivers.
Would like to give a 2009 build a try before going back to 2004...
 
Little bit more update, seems to be caused by my usb drivers, any solutions for this?
Current version is 10.0.19041.488, installed by windows obviously as soon as i got it, or maybe this build is normal to be like this, even though i havent had any issues before, and micro stutters seem very noticable now...
