During installation, it failed stating it is not compatible for my OS & later KB5017365 using msg # 115 instructions and it failed with similar error which i responded in msg #116/117 i think. It appears it did complete its process. It did not bring up fixlog and did not delete fixlist.txt. I ran it again after restart and same behaviour. Attached both files.
