Hello,

Today I had a problem with BSOD (DPC Watchdog Violation). After reloading I tried to open NVIDIA GeForce Experience, but got a problem (Microsoft Management Console has stopped working). I tried to run sfc scan, but
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix someof them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.
I followed this Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions instruction. SFCFix couldn't help me.
SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro.Start time: 2018-01-19 15:16:17.449

I checked Event Log just in case. I'm not sure if it is okay, but there is no such file as GeForce_Experience_Update_v3.12.0.84_Official_D74701.exe

I'm out of idea how to fix it so I decided to ask for help.

Attached CBS files.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Thank you for answering. Yes, I would appreciate that. I couldn't find any solution yet by myself.

OK, please start with the following.

Step#1 - DISM /RestoreHealth Scan
Warning:this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  2. When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter

  3. Once it finishes, copy and paste the following into the command-prompt window and press Enter. If prompted to overwrite the existing file go ahead.
    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please zip/upload to this thread.

OK, good. So it doesn't appear that you have any more Windows Update/Servicing corruption which is what we specialize in within this forum. If you are still having software issues or BSOD issues, I recommend that you post in to the approproate forum.
