Do you think it is a BIOS issue?

Because only 2 days left can return or exchange, retail sellers recommend return the whole PC(They no idea what cause the problem).
I can try Driver Verifier, if still no luck then try update bios and reinstall windows 10, but can not done in two day(e.gC not crash in two days).

Return the entire system and get a brand new one otherwise you are likely to be chasing down fix's for BSODs for years to come.

No new system should BSOD.

All the lone dump told us was that the probable cause is "memory corruption". Note that "memory corruption" does not necessarily mean RAM. It could be a RAM issue, it could be a virtual memory issue (HDD - page file). It also could be file corruption.

Unfortunately, the dumps are incapable of telling us which piece of hardware has failed. Dumps are only good for figuring out software problems.

Your lone dump did not name a 3rd party driver; therefore it appears that the most likely cause is "unknown hardware failure". There was no indication in the dump as to what general area of hardware was involved, let alone a specific part.

Then we have the motherboard and PSU, for which there are no software tests to determine if good or bad.

I could list more reasons, but I think that you get the picture.

Return the system and hopefully the new one will run BSOD-free.

As jcgriff2 says, there's no way to tell what the actual cause is.
I don't think it is a BIOS issue a.t.m., but a BIOS update that improves system stability usually does take away some other potential causes and/or fixes the issue.

However, since you only have 2 days left, I would NOT recommend updating the BIOS or attempting any other potential solution as testing the system's stability can easily take more than 2 days.

I already return whole PC, but I get a warning from the manager:Even the next computer get a crash or any issue if they can not to reproduce and confirm what cause the problem, then I need to pay 15% restocking fee and will blacklist on they all stores for selling AMD system to me(If I switch to Intel x299 I9 7940x then do not need to pay the restocking fee, but if the system have any problem and they can not confirm then will blacklist me selling AMD/Intel system to me.)


5 days ago I already exchange the motherboard and PUS, because at the BIOS when I click Last Modified freeze & no response and pus fan noise. After exchange look like the new parts solve both Issue.

I just a normal computer user, how I can prove and reappear the store/manufacturer?(Even I click Last Modified get freeze & no response few times in front of the technical staff, manager still say it is a unconfirmed Issue.)

Any thing(e.g:hardware, software, tools) I can do to prove the Issue if next time get a crash?Will AMD community can get some help?


*In Canada BC any computer store have enought knowledge to debug the dump to find out which reason cause the problem?
*The memory express manager is a nice person, but not enought computer knowledge to solve the problem.(they even did not know ryzen Segfault issues or Threadripper broken (on Linux) for PCI.)

It is out of your league.

They either need to get help from a professional to properly test each part, or they need to do it themself.
