First of all, thank you for your attention. Please warn me if this should be in a different section, and I'll gladly fix it.
Every time I try to install M. Visual C++ 2008 the following error pops up:
Several procedures were taken attempting to fix this problem. Please note that this is the fourth or fifth time I complete reinstall Windows 10 (All clean, using a bootable pen drive).
First I tried to use DISM command; It appoints a corruption but never fixes it; Then I tried the following codes: Cd /d c:\Windows\ !! Ren SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old !! Fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\; I cleaned the temp folder in %temp%; I tried uninstalling .NET but it is not shown in Control Panel, Programs, even though the system always points out that there is a newer version of .NET when I try to install an older version; Used all of compatibility modes provided by Microsoft; Changed the installer from X64 to X86; Used a Windows fixing tool called Tweaking.com -Windows Repair (Points out failed attempts of writing registry entries); Created and deleted temp folders; and finally tried the SFCFix tool provided here. As asked, I will paste the log here, and have uploaded the CBS log folder, as well as DISM log folder in OneDrive public folder (https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsY8L-sMAns5ge9UOJTTIkWt0uAwlQ).
