I have attached the CBS file as well. Some help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Not sure if this is relevant, but there is a DCOM 10016 error in the Windows Event Log (https://i.gyazo.com/e08914bde7917c583c03f25d47946800.png). I've also noticed that when shutting down or starting Windows, sometimes it says "Getting Windows Ready" and restarts even though I didn't install new updates.

Please disregard this thread. I decided to reinstall Windows.
