[SOLVED] [10ProV1607b14393 x64] W.refuse KB4019472: error 80073701; DISM error 800F081F

Hello.

I have a Windows 10 Pro build 1607 computer that will not install KB4019472 (2017-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems).
I have tried Microsofts Update Troubleshooter - did not help.
I have tried the commands found in this thread... - did not help.
I have tried running this Powershell command: Repair-WindowsImage -Online –RestoreHealth - did not help.
I have tried running dism /online /add-package /PackagePath:C:\the right file.cab - gave me this result:

I have run SFCfix.exe and it's just stops at this point:

Here is my CBS.zip file, this site did not allow it to be uploaded, so it's hosted on my site.

So can anybody help me with this issue? I have no clue why just this update stops on this computer. Has many other computers with the same build, that have no issue with this update.

Hello. My solution was to run Microsoft Media Creation Tool to do an in place upgrade of the system. That fixed the issue.
