[10Pro x64] SFC Corrupted MSDTC.log

Hello friends, this is the second thread ( at first i posted in Windows 10 section, didn't know, sorry) I have this problem 00004f6c [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:9]'MSDTC.LOG' , I ran DISM but it din't fix it, windows works well I don't have problems but I want to fix this...please help, I'll attach the cbs.log.
Does this "log" affect gaming and performance? Or I can leave it alone? Thanks!! Also I have Win 10 Pro x64 with latest updates.

It doesn't affect gaming or system performance, but SFCFix may replace the file automatically.

Run SFCFix

• First download and run a copy of the tool from https://www.sysnative.com/forums/downloads/sfcfix/.
• Work through any on-screen prompts and then await completion (runtime can be upwards of 15 minutes depending on the options you selected during the on-screen prompts).
• Once it has finished, if there are any unrepaired corruptions (the tool will notify you if it has succeeded in repairing all corruptions if they're simple in which case we're no longer needed) or unresolved problems with your computer, you need to post us the complete logfile which opens on exit. Simply copy (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) the entire logfile into your next reply.
