Hi guys, this time my personal machine is the patient.... unfrequent DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSOD's... what could the culprit be?
BSODcollection app hung "waiting for Systeminfo" for about 2hs now... in the meantime I attach a kernel dump:

dump.rar

· OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? 10
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x86
· What was original installed OS on system? i assembled it
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? retail
· Age of system (hardware) quite old... about 9 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? this win10 is about 2 years old

· CPU athlon x2 6000+
· Video Card geforce 9500gt
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) asus crosshair
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one)generic 500W

· System Manufacturer i assembled it
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)

· Laptop or Desktop?desktop

Re: Win10 watchdog violation

Hi Pablo,

Please upload the SysnativeCollectionApp zip too.

Re: Win10 watchdog violation

it never ends... yesterday killed it after 5hs waiting for systemInfo... now it's hung at the same point, though System Info's little window has ended succesfully and closed a while ago....

As you can see in the screenshot, no System Info window running... but collection app keeps waiting

Re: Win10 watchdog violation

Please run this command, it creates a folder "CollectedFiles" on your desktop with all files.

Wait for the System Information pop-up to finish, it could take up to 15 minutes, then zip the folder and upload it.

SOLVED! seemingly, the problem was the storage drivers... I downloaded the latest for my chipset from NVIDIA, and voilá!
