0xC1900101 – 0x30018 - FIRST_BOOT phase w/ error during SYSPREP-SPECIALIZE to Update Windows

Hi All,

I'm really grateful if someone kindly help me on this matter. I'm trying to update my windows but seemly few driver is corrupted and keep getting error 0xC1900101 - 0x30018.
Here I attach CBS.zip and ComponentsScanner.txt.

Download and run SetupDiag from Microsoft
  • Download
    60e45c659164d-SetupDiag.png
    SetupDiag to your desktop.
  • Right-click on SetupDiag.exe and select Run as administrator.
  • When completed the following files are created: "Logs.zip, SetupDiag.exe.config and SetupDiagResults.log"
  • Attach SetupDiagResults.log and Logs.zip to your next reply.

anyway the Logs.zip file cant be attached b'cause the size is to large (180 Mb), any solution?

Thanks, could you please check and install any optional driver updates offered by Windows Update. The issue appears to be due to dptf_cpu.sys which has a number of known issues with it. Otherwise, you can check and ensure that you have all the latest Processor/Chipset drivers from your computer manufacturer support page.
