Hi,
seems like I've ran into another faulty Windows 10 component store within my family.
This time all missing files in the folder servicing\packages aren't present on the machine and I haven't got any other installation with these cat- and(!) mum-files at hand.
The logs attached are for:
sfc.exe /scannow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
as usual.
Kind regards,
Chris
P.S.: I'm just curious right now, but what is the "usual" way of treating those errors?
The dotnet-repair-tool just wants to re-register the windows update service.
The windows update troubleshooter doesn't do anything.
Dism.exe can't find the missing files on Windows Update
Re-installing the KB-files does not work since they are old.
Running the most recent .net installer won't work since it is already installed...?
It really can't be that under normal circumstances I would have to do a repair-install, or can it?
