As of title, I haven't been able to update my PC, not even after an in-place reinstallation.

Hi, I ended up reinstalling windows and deleting everything, I figured I didn't have anything particularly important saved in it.
Also I've realized I've put the wrong logs in the ZIP, sorry about that.
I also think the problem might be due to a tool I used some time ago, called TronScript. Apparently this problem persists even through in-place reinstalls, although I couldn't even perform one due to the error.

Okay, if you have any further issues in the future then please let us know. I have witnessed third-party tools meddle with things in the past so it is a possibility.
