0x80073712 - ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT - Server 2016

Hi,

I'm trying to install kb4576479 but it keeps failing with 0x80073712.

i tried:

C:\Users\Administrator> sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan.  This process will take some time.

Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

C:\Users\Administrator> Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

The component store has been corrupted.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

And SFCFix crashed hard

Tried to fix it myself and got some errors out of the CBS.log
Only one remains. Anyone got an idea how to fix this?
Is the CSI store somewhere on disk? is it exchangeable with another server?
