[SOLVED] 0x80073701 error when trying to add roles

Hello, I have a 2019 server that is having issues when I try to apply the IIS web core and message queuing roles. I've tried installing the KBs in the error. I've also tried installing the roles via DISM and now I'm just banging my head against my desk. If anyone could help, I would be very appreciative.

Errors that I'm getting from the CBS log are below:

I've attached the CBS.zip and componentscanner.txt per the posting rules.

Just ended up rebuilding the VM and now it's all good to go.
