Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No luck from clearing softwaredistribution, no luck trying to upgrade from media creation tool.

I'll attach sfcfix log and drivers in hopes of expediting a solution.

If you still need help on this please locate the following logs:
C:\Windows\Panther\Setupact.log
C:\Windows\panther\setuperr.log
C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.app.log
C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log

Some may not exist. Copy the files to the Desktop, zip them and attach the zip file to your post.
