[SOLVED] 0x8007001F - 0x20006 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation - Again Post

Have been trying to upgrade to Win 10 from win 7 Sp1. At a standstill and tried all methods in forum as listed. Ran SFC, SURT, DISM, and gathered information to heip repair.

Follow the instructions below please.

WARNING! The following fix is specific to the user's system in this thread only. No one else should follow these instructions, as it could damage your system.
  • Download
    myjIXnC.png
    SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Attach that file to your next reply.

Great.
Start the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
On completion, attach the logfile C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log to your next reply.
 
Looking good. Restart the machine.
Try the upgrade again and report the result.
 
Back again, got so far and when final reboot this error occured
0XC1900101-0x4001E
The Installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during PRE_OOBE operation
That was in caps PRE_00BF with an underscore between? Plus most icons on desktop have a lock symbol ?

Attach following files when available:
- C:\Windows\panther\setupact.log
- C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.app.log
- C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log
 
Did get the install to work after all Your Help, had to rename the software dist folder to old and unplugged all non-essential devices. Ethernet from updating and usb devices.
