theres no Audio Troubleshooter in download option ... the words say We're sorry, but your operating system is not supported by Microsoft Fix it at this time.

another problem with my laptop maybe this was connected to my sound problem today a white vertical lines appear in the middle of my screen ( one line ) im using dell inspiron 3521 i5 ... what should i do with this white line?

speaker have no sound

when im using the sound and stop using it after a while when i need to use it even im not turning off the pc the sounds gone..yes its doing on its own sometimes.. i install a game diablo II original copy but it is working when i install the game i only found out recently that there's a problem...

i checked the drivers its up to date nope its not only in music when i open my laptop i cant have sound so i need to shutdown again and the sound will come back..
