ok here it is, it looks all clean. why does windows 8 and 10 like to do this, 7 did not act that quirky this i see happen on a plane jane machine with no one but MS adding stuff to

UPDATE I may have fixed this I takeown and icacls the winsxs folder, then extracted files from install.wim and replace in winsxs YAY but DISM is still useless still gives same error

I tried to use both my windows 10 dvd and the TechNet ISO as the source also but DISM keeps giving Error: 0x800f081f SFC scan says it finds errors it can not fix before running SFCfix, I cleared the log and ran a new sfc scan which reported unfixable errors I am confused because SFCfix...
