Hello, A relative's laptop (Samsung, Win7 HP 64bit, stock OEM install) is having a few problems so I offered to take a look. One of the issues is Windows Update failing to install updates with the error code 80073712. This has happened with kb3057839 and kb3070102, though I think one succeeded...
