I think it was successful. A while after I clicked uninstall the window closed on its own. Nothing new came up in the command prompt though.

I can't do this part - copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt. For some stupid reason the backslash symbol keeps appearing as a yen symbol in the command prompt, even if I copy paste a backslash.

It's been stuck on "Initializing installation... done! Installing Hotfix for Windows (KB947821) (update 1 of 1)..." for about two hours.. I'll wait a while more but the progress bar is empty, which I'm not sure is normal or not.
