[7SP1Pro x64] Stuck mid-boot up, wants to de-bug?

I have read soo many articles and downloaded a lot of utilities. i may have gotten it finally by replacing the entire C++ library. If you can recomend a utility or ? that i can check it with and have you review, i'd greatly appreciate it. thank you

[7SP1Pro x64] Stuck mid-boot up, wants to de-bug?

I have passed both the memory tests and the HDD tests. Was reading the Xbootmgr, not sure if that would be the next step. looks a little complicated, but i started downloading the UBCD (hope if i need it, i can use on a usb) also downloaded win sdksetup? I'll await your directions.

Yes, she's planning on letting her tweenish daughter take this laptop. I actually pulled 200GB of stuff of Petra's laptop onto an external drive and at the moment having Auslogics Duplicate File finder filter through all of the files on the external. Still have another 280GB of files to pull...

I Did it.. Just about got it put back together with Sysnatives' help and I thought I could finish it up and return this laptop. While downloading and installing some crap software, something took over Chrome. Changed search engines, added it's own extensions and what not. Deleted the extensions...
