[SOLVED] Unable to update windows, stuck on version 1909

I was able to run sfc /scannow command which never worked before and after that Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth was able to finish and the restore operation completed successfully. After this I was able to update windows to the latest version! Seems like everything is fixed now and...

Sure, here is the CBS.log CBS.txt was not on the desktop so I had to go to C:>Windows>Logs>CBS to get it.

The installation was not successful. After clicking the link and starting the download I got a message that "The update is not applicable to your computer." I click OK and the Standalone Installer closes.
