[SOLVED] Update KB4093118 repeatedly installs then reappears in Win update seconds later

I found the answer elsewhere. You need to uninstall KB4093113 (optional update) then reinstall KB4093118 (important update). In my case I had to uninstall both then reinstall the important update and then hide the optional update. It's all working fine now.

2018-04 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4093118) Win 7 Ultimate x64. I installed this update when it first appeared this morning but shortly after installing I noticed there was yet another update, the same one. I installed it again then restarted my pc...
