i have run the system update readiness tool but it's stuck on ''searching for updates on this computer'' it has been like this for 3 hours now and still going, and i don't believe that it's supposed to take this long or?

I ran sfc /scannow and found some files that were not able to be repaired here's the log idk where to find the correct dll's for your info i'm running Windows 7 x64 enterprise i appreciate all help that i will get, thank you
