Cannot Update Windows

The problem with the corrupted files has been fixed. I still cannot update my computer. I do not understand what is going on. I have done everything to fix this issue and nothing is working. What can be the problem?

Cannot Update Windows

Hey, I tried to install Visual Basic and couldn't due to not being able to update windows. I have ran the SFC Scan and cannot even access report. It says access denied when I try to open the CB Log. I then ran the SFCFix.exe and this is what it says: SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro...
