Re: [Win10 v1607 b14393] Unable to boot, sfc/dism can't complete. It's a Dell Inspiron 17 from about 9 years ago. I don't think the factory restore partition is there anymore. It had Windows 7 manually installed years ago and I think the partitions were wiped and combined.
