[SOLVED] Highest Measured interrupt to prcess Latency 19289.534617 / WIN10

I have found the problem it is a Bios setting Called: Enhanced Memory Performance . As soon as i disabled it Latency mon runs Nice! That took a while to locate and i thought it was the USB Ports also ! Now with latencyMon and only PC running the results are solid and consistent ( 1 hour test )...
