I've been trying to reset this pc, but everytime I do I keep getting BSOD on halfway of the process..sometimes with stop code Wdfilter.sys, sometimes with stop code system exception etc..

Hmm but I install my windows in SSD, without it I can still run my pc? I will upload the latest one after it done.

For example I download something and save it on Local C (which is my SSD), after I restart my pc the downloaded files will not be there. The same goes to when I try to empty my recycle bin, after I restart the pc the files will still be there.

my pc right now having this problems..I still cant figure out what is the main problem yet.. -BSOD when I try to do chkdsk -BSOD when I try to update windows 10 on the website -I tried to go into safe mode but fail because everytime I change something on my pc eg deleting some files, force boot...

yes the Kingston drive is a SSD, I just try to run the program but it cause BSOD with stop code memory management

Rightnow I'm just trying to delete Norton Antivirus files because it seems like it causing the problems to my pc, but everytime after I restart it will still be there.
